To book your motorbike/scooter, all you need is a credit or debit card. When you pick the vehicle up, you'll need: Your booking voucher to show that you've paid the reservation. Driver's debit card, with enough funds for the vehicle's deposit. Driver's valid driving licence, suitable for the rental vehicle category. Passport or ID for the rental company to verify your identity.
For most motorbike/scooter hire companies, the age requirement is between 18 and 75 years old. Some of our bigger vehicles have special age requirements, you can see if that's the case in the vehicle's reservation page.
Yes, as long as they meet the rental requirements. Just fill in their details while you're making the reservation.
You can pay with any debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Discover, Diners, JCB, Unionpay. We use Stripe to process payments, so do not store your card details and never share this information with third parties. ApplePay and GooglePay are also supported.

Companies' conditions vary. In the search results you will be able to see what kind of licence each vehicle requires. Usually a scooter requires B (car) or AM/A1. Anything bigger usually requires A2 or A.
Yes. The vast majority of our rentals include basic insurance, local taxes, and any road fees. You have the option to add 'extras' (i.e. One-Way rental, GPS, GoPro, etc.) but we'll clearly list any additional costs involved before you book your motorbike/scooter.
In most occasions the maximum you might be charged is the security deposit. If you included Premium Insurance with your booking, then your security deposit will be protected. When you pick up your rental, our local rental partner will explain the procedure to follow and emergency contact details in the event of an accident - your safety always comes first.
Delivery and collection services vary by location as not all local offices provide this option. Check the motorcycle page below the image to see if 'Delivery (Hotel)' and 'Return (Hotel)' add-ons are available—they may be free, have an extra charge, or be unavailable (not listed). Free delivery is only offered within the town area at the office's discretion. Prices vary by motorcycle and location, so always verify the exact cost in the add-ons section.
A security deposit is a temporary hold on funds to cover potential issues during your rental. Most rentals require this before you take the vehicle. The amount is shown at the bottom of each motorcycle page in the 'Rental policy' section and in your Riderly rental voucher after booking. The local office manages the deposit according to your rental contract. At the end of your rental, the deposit is released and typically returns to your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Some partners accept a passport as deposit instead—this will be noted in brackets if available.
It depends on the location. When selecting pickup and drop-off times, the system only allows times within the local office's opening hours. Some businesses offer out-of-hours delivery or collection—this will be clearly stated in the motorcycle's add-ons section if available.
