I've used the rental shop twice, in 2023 and August 2026. They are reasonably priced, friendly and helpful. I hired a quad motorbike both times. Last time, six of us hired them and they were great. Well maintained and ran well. This time mine broke down. We called the rental shop, which was 10 minutes away, and within 15 minutes a staff member arrived with a replacement quad motorbike on the back of a truck. I thought I'd be waiting for hours to get rescued. Very impressed! It's easy to look good when everything is going right. When there's a problem and it's fixed quickly, then you know it's a good company! I'll definitely use the rental shop every time I go to Napa.

Very good and efficient service, large selection of buggies and most importantly, large selection of motorcycles. Everything is great, no deposit required.

The service is fine as long as everything goes according to plan. The staff's attitude is rude and hysterical. While renting the buggy, we were informed that off-road driving is prohibited, but on well-worn paths is allowed. When returning the buggy, they suddenly shouted that only paved roads are allowed. So why would I need to rent a sports buggy? I don't know about other rental companies, but 10,000 euros of liability for the rented equipment doesn't sound good. Isn't it insured?
