Service was great and the price is reasonable. I opted for pickup and drop service where the rental agency dropped the vehicle to my location and picked it up from the same location. Communication throughout the process was via WhatsApp and it was hassle free. I would definitely recommend Mayan Ride if you're looking to rent a motorbike in Tulum!

Me and my wife got our scooter when we arrived to Tulum from Mayan Ride easily. Before getting our rental from Mayan Ride we made a research between the other rental places, and ended up with this one. We would say this was the best choice for the whole experience. The condition of our scooter was great, we didnt even have a single problem with it. Rental process was so smooth, the crew was so helpful and friendly. If we ever make it in Tulum again, we will definetely go with Mayan Ride!

My girlfriend and I rented a 180 quad for use for 5 days! Best people to deal with and they have us a great deal! We had an issue with the quad after 4 days and they came and switched it out for another one! Quick replys on WhatsApp and the best way to get around in the Tulum area! Amazing business that dropped the scooter right off at our hotel. They were personable, had great English, and trusted us, as we did them. No issues at all and we had a great time ripping around Tulum like so many others!

My friend and i had an amazing experience here they were very nice and easy to communicate with and we loved our ATV. The prices were affordable and at one point or ATV had a problem and they came at 11:30 at night from across town to check what was wrong with the ATV and to give us a new one because ours didn’t work anymore. I would highly recommend them!
