The airport is well-decorated, spacious, and very clean. The employees are friendly and professional, which is appreciated. However, the experience is ruined by the lack of reliable transportation to the airport. Every time I travel through this city, I struggle to find a taxi from the train station to the airport. The airport shuttle bus is supposed to be an option, but it never shows up, no matter how long I wait. With my flight approaching and no other means of transport, I had no choice but to take a motorcycle taxi-an unsafe and illegal option-just to reach the airport on time. This is a serious issue, and something needs to change. An international airport should have a dependable and organized transportation system. Until this is resolved, traveling through this city remains a stressful experience.

The police at the airport entrance were very kind to me. When I entered, I had forgotten to give money to my wife, and they let me exit and then re-enter, which was very good. However, there is no organization in the Italian language. At the boarding service, the staff were very rude and impolite, but the motorcycle police were cordial. They should adapt to the Italian language because many Italians come here. Good luck for the future.
