I had a pleasure to rent a scooter from Nicola. He was very helpful, elastic and nice. The process of renting didn't take much time. The place is in a perfect location, very close to the main station. Vespa was in a good condition, there was no additional fee for helmets and I even got a red one, fitting my vehicle :D

Had an amazing trip in Sicily. Week long moto adventure. We rented a Honda CB500 with side luggage. Bike was in excellent condition and everything went smoothly. Nicola and Giovanni were super helpful in planning and suggesting places to visit and places to avoid. We could t ask for a better service. Sicily is an amazing place, and for us, the best way to explore it was with a motorbike. Highly recommend. We also rented their cute vacation rental just above their office in the historic center. We left our large luggage in their office. Super convenient.

Having rented scooters on holidays multiple times, I've often encountered less-than-ideal service. However, this was not the case here. From the beginning, the staff were incredibly helpful, providing guidance on the best routes to take. The pick-up process was seamless and professional, and the scooter was as described. What truly sets this company apart is their outstanding service after the rental period. I returned the scooter on a Sunday, when the shop was closed, and accidentally left my wallet, including my ID, in the seat compartment before heading to the airport. Upon realizing my mistake, I called the emergency number and explained my situation. The owner immediately coordinated with his staff, who went above and beyond by heading to the office on their day off and delivering my wallet to me at the airport, which was about 40 minutes away. Thanks to their flexibility and dedication to customer satisfaction, I was able to board my flight with my wallet in hand.
