Rented 2 Vespa 300 GTS in Certaldo (Tuscany Area). Bikes were in perfect shape. Customer service was great and the fact that they delivered and picked up the motorbikes in the small town where we were staying was fantastic. They were early both times. 2 big things, first, our flights were late but they reached out the the VRBO we rented and got the motorbikes there and make it easy even though we got in very late at night. Next, we had a little mechanical issue (no one's fault) but even when they were closed on a Saturday, the woman on the phone found a mechanic and translated for us over the phone... bottom line, helped get the problem fixed.
