The rental shop's customer service went above and beyond. When I returned the rental, I was about two hours past closing - entirely my fault - and they waited patiently and took the motorbike back without a hint of attitude. That kind of professionalism is rare. The motorbike was a BMW R 1300 GS Adventure, and it was the ideal machine for the ride to Stelvio Pass. The boxer engine had effortless torque for pulling out of the tight hairpins, and the motorbike felt planted and confident through every switchback, even fully loaded with gear. The upright, comfortable ergonomics made the long day in the saddle easy, and the wind protection and heated grips were welcome as the temperature dropped near the summit. The 30-liter tank meant I never had to think about fuel in the mountains. The GS Adventure was delivered clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. One tip for future renters: program the rental shop's address into the bike's GPS before you leave. Don't rely on your phone. I'll definitely rent from the rental shop again.

We had an amazing experience! The motorbikes are well maintained, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and walked us through the specifics of our motorbike without issue. There weren't any surprises and returning the motorbike was as easy as pickup. We'll be sure to use the rental shop again if we have the chance!

Overall We had a wonderful experience renting a motorbike with the rental shop and we had a great ride through Northern Italy. The motorbike rode beautifully for most of our trip. Towards the close of our trip our motorbike ended up with a dead battery, it was a Sunday and we had difficulty getting in touch with the emergency contact personnel. But when we finally did connect with them they were very helpful. Every representative was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Had to take a 30 minute shuttle from Milan train station to the rental shop. Once there the process was easy and the motorbike was a very low mileage Ducati V2S in like new condition. Bike ran flawlessly i put 1400+km on it and turning it in was easy. No extra charges
