My experience with Travelbike got off to a bit of a rocky start. While the bike itself was in good condition, the speedometer wasn't working and the mileage wasn't tracking due to an ABS system error. Communication was easy enough, though there were some delays. Toward the end of the rental period, things got tense with the manager, and we had a bit of a falling out — though I admit that was partly my fault as well. In the end, we managed to reach an agreement, and the company even extended my rental for an extra day free of charge. Despite the ups and downs, I’m very grateful to Travelbike and would definitely use them again. I appreciate companies that genuinely try to find common ground and meet their customers halfway.
