The rental shop is a really great place for motorbike rentals, especially for Ladakh trips. They have a huge variety of motorbikes available. The staff behavior and overall customer service are genuinely excellent. One of the staff was very helpful and polite throughout the process. Everything was properly explained with full clarification - no hidden charges at all. Even during my journey, their support was very good whenever I had any bike-related questions. Rented 2 RE Himalayan 450 for 10 days for our trip in Uttarkand. Good motorbikes with no issues. Rented both with a luggage carrier and pannier boxes, worked well. One motorbike had a worn out front tyre which we noticed during pickup, was changed to a new one immediately and then delivered the motorbikes. Needed to tighten the nuts and bolts on the carriers and bars for panniers, but that's expected (due to the terrain we took them in). Flawless system, they refunded the deposit as soon as we returned the motorbikes unharmed.

I rented the Himalayan 411 for 8 days and rode 1500 km. The motorbike was in great condition, and all the necessary documents were provided. The staff was excellent - they explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth.
