We can highly recommend this rental to anyone doing the Hà Giang Loop. From the very beginning, the communication was fast, clear, and incredibly friendly. Every question we had was answered right away, and the owner really took the time to make sure we felt comfortable and well-prepared for the trip. The motorbike itself was reliable, easy to handle, and perfect for the loop. Even when the road conditions in some areas were not ideal. What impressed us the most was the kindness and professionalism. When we decided to return the motorbike one day earlier than planned, the owner immediately offered a refund for the unused day without any hesitation. This level of honesty and customer care is rare and deserves special recognition. Overall, we had a beautiful time, and this rental service played a big part in making our Hà Giang experience so positive. We would 100% rent here again. Highly recommended! We were incredibly lucky to stumble upon this newly opened motorbike rental shop. No mopeds or weak cars here, just real motorcycles! The owner and his wife are the coolest! They explained everything to us, let us try it before renting it, and we ended up riding the Ha Gianga loop thanks to them! Thank you so much for your help and support! I rode a KTM 200, and it was in perfect condition. We had all sorts of adventures and challenging weather conditions along the way, but the motorbike never let us down! I'm in complete shock; I just arrived and returned the motorbike, and I'm sitting here drinking beer, absolutely thrilled! I'll definitely be back with a bigger group! Thank you!
