I’ve used a lot of rental companies in a lot of different countries but Paulo is the best!! The motorbikes were in great condition but the service he provided was what really stood out! He offered to drop off a scooter the same day we enquired, right outside of our accommodation! He was very friendly and made the whole process easy, even recommending us some great things to do and see. Our accommodation didn’t have luggage storage so he went above and beyond by offering to look after our bags so we could have one last day to explore and even dropped us off at the airport after! Honestly, what a legend! Made our whole trip soo much better!

Well what can I say..Found that the accommodation thst i booked was on hillside 2km from peurto cruz not over accessible without a vechile, They came to my rescue , picked me up rented me a scooter and I was on my way, Gave me lots of msp locations for view points restaurants beaches for surf. Could have dropped at the airport but had a case do dropped it back and they gave me a lift back. Will get a rucksack next time and get it straight from airport and return to airport thanks for the experience and price is cheap 👍🏄

Great experience! Paulo is an amazing person, very attentive, super helpful, and he has lots of great recommendations to share! He is always available – we almost got stuck at Pico do Ruivo because of the rain and fog that made it impossible to return by motorbike, and he was ready to come and pick us up. In the end, we managed to get back, but honestly, he’s just fantastic. For the motorbike, we had taken a three-wheeler, but we would recommend a two-wheeler for easier handling when stopping. Otherwise, everything was perfect !

Definitely the best way to see madeira. No climb is to steep for this machine, easy to control and you can stop everywhere for a pic. Parking was safe anywhere as long the motorbike did not block anything. Roads on madeira are nice and have lmost 0 potholes.

If you need a motorcycle or scooter, Paulo is the guy. Communication was easy. We decided we needed the scooter for one more day, and it wasn’t a problem at all. He dropped the scooter at the airport and picked it up at our Airbnb. Top service, top communication, top Paulo. 😄 Oh yes, and also, without us even asking, he sent me a big batch of things to do, places to visit, and restaurants to try. Easiest 5 stars from me.
