What an amazing family-run business. We actually discovered them completely by accident after getting off the bus too early, and it turned out to be the best mistake we made during our trip. From the moment we walked in and saw their immaculate buggies, we knew we were in good hands. We were welcomed by some of the kindest, most genuine people you could hope to meet. The whole family made us feel valued and looked after from start to finish. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, even providing a brand-new buggy. It was so new that they were literally peeling the protective plastic off the headlights when we collected it! Their pricing was fair, transparent, and straightforward, making the entire process easy and stress-free. What really sets them apart is the level of care they show their customers. They kindly picked us up and dropped us back at our hotel, and on the day we booked, they even gave us a lift into town in one of their four-seater buggies-a thoughtful gesture that we genuinely appreciated. The buggy itself was fantastic, and it made exploring the area an absolute pleasure. Combined with the outstanding customer service, it was an experience we won't forget.
