I rented an African Twin, 1000cc from Charly. It was the perfect motorbike for day trips out of Asuncion. The motorbike was in great shape and well maintained. The roads and traffic in Asuncion can be a bit rough and the African twin handled it perfectly. The service was outstanding. The motorbike was delivered to my door as arranged, and I was off! All the contract arrangements were pretty standard for motorbike rentals in North America and Europe. The rates were good, with no hidden costs. Everything is as it appears. No surprises anywhere. I am a regular rider from Canada. Navigating in Asuncion can be challenging with all the one-way streets and the way streets are organized, but very doable. Google Maps is your friend! The drivers are "assertive" but not as "aggressive" as I'm used to. Overall very courteous, but they operate under a different set of rule from back home. It's more like entering a flowing river than lanes of traffic. I am in Asuncion every few months and I will absolutely do rent with Charly the next time I'm here.
