I must honestly say that this has been one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever encountered. I was recently visiting Kigali for 2 months and needed some transportation to get around. I was able to try out 2 different motorbikes (Bajaj boxer and TVS hlx). Both motorbikes ran flawless and when I had to bring one of the motorbikes in for scheduled service, the rental shop had the mechanic double check numerous things on the motorbike and even test drove it himself before the motorbike was released from service. A1 customer service, but most of all the team are genuine people. Thanks for everything and will keep in touch when I make Rwanda my home next year.

I rented a Haojue TR 150 for 7 days and it was in excellent condition. Zero problems the entire trip. I travelled around Rwanda and parts of Uganda across varied terrain and the motorbike handled everything perfectly. The rental shop was very professional and reliable, right from my online booking, even before reaching Kigali. Highly recommended.
