I rented a 125cc scooter from this motorbike rental in Kigali and the whole experience was incredibly smooth from start to finish. From the first day I arrived at the shop, everything felt easy and well organized. The deposit was comfortable and could be done via Revolut, which I really appreciated. The guy at the shop was super friendly, took his time to explain everything, provided a helmet, and made sure I felt confident before heading off. The contract process was simple and straightforward, and shortly after I was on the road with a scooter that had a full tank, all the necessary papers, and even a phone holder so I could use maps while driving. The scooter itself was in great condition and felt very smooth to ride, exactly what I was looking for. During my 8 day round trip through Rwanda, outside of Kigali, I covered a good amount of kilometers and had the chance to see almost the whole country. The scooter never let me down at any point and performed reliably throughout the entire journey. I had almost no issues during the rental. On the last day there was a minor incident due to the crazy driving style of some locals, but the company was immediately there to help and supported me through the situation until I returned the scooter. I am very sorry again for the inconvenience caused. Even in that situation, everything that was in the company’s hands was handled in a super professional and calm way. The return process was also very flexible and comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I was extremely happy with this rental and would definitely rent a scooter with them again. 10 out of 10.
