He has been very attentive and helpful, even now that our loan agreement with the dealership and the bank has ended. He is truly an excellent salesman who not only knows his stuff but is also very friendly. - The after-sales service has also been exceptional. We never had any issues with the service, and the few times we needed mechanical assistance, Enrique (a KTM mechanic) and his team resolved our problems immediately. - Finally, the administrative department has also been very attentive, organized, and clear. Don't hesitate to buy any vehicle from this dealership. The service you receive is truly exceptional (compared to the general lack of enthusiasm you see in many other places).
