They repaired a motorbike I’d bought on a marketplace that had quite a few faults. I’ve only just arrived on the Gold Coast, and as a Japanese person, I’m not very good at English, but I’m truly grateful for the kind and attentive service the rental shop provided. The after-sales service was excellent too, and the motorbike is now running smoothly. I’ll be sure to pop in again if I need anything else.

It's the first time I have been to the rental shop for my scooter service but I couldn't fault the professionalism of the whole team. The staff were friendly, approachable and certainly know their product.

Why would I take my VESPA anywhere else!! Had the rear brake light go out after having my 20,000K service by an authorized Vespa service centre in Nerang. Tried to get it booked in for 4 weeks - no call back, nothing. The rental shop had me bring it in on Monday, even though they were busy with one mechanic away, and they traced the problem to "unplugged cables" which they corrected, and replaced the rego light bulb. Quick - Easy - No Fuss Friendly, professional, fast and fair. Great experience!!!!

After an attempted break-in damaged my motorbike, with me thinking the front motorbike lock was broken, the rental shop team quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue without fuss, getting it running again. They serviced my scooter as well and it now runs smoothly like new. The team also offered helpful advice about my Sym. The rental shop are a young team trying too and actually doing their best to give impeccable service and I easily give them 5 stars like the many other reviews they have.
