Wish there were more stars to give. I have used quite a few companies for motorcycle rental and never really had any issues with any of them. This rental shop was a cut above the rest though. Made a few calls before making the rental and it was never any trouble for them to help out. I hired the CFmoto450 to do the Great Ocean Road. The price for 1 day was so good. The Great Ocean Road would've been an amazing experience regardless but the rental shop made the day SO much better. Most companies I spoke to dont allow rental for 24 hours but the rental shop does. The motorbikes and all the safety equipment was immaculate and very well maintained. They clearly care about their business. I dealt with staff who were very genuine and knowledgeable and even helped me plan a route. Thanks so much, I wont hesitate to rent from the rental shop in the future

An amazing experience taking a motorbike out to black spur. Highly recommend the rental shop and the staff is awesome! A good range of motorbikes including ones with loads of character.

The rental shop was able to help me out with a super short notice (1.5 hrs) rental, for 2 days on a Versys 300. Having done lots of hires all over the world I was expecting the motorbike to be a bit rough round the edges, but it was mechanically sound and in good condition. The whole process was quick and easy, and the rental was very reasonably priced. Thanks again to the team, shout out to the staff for their help, and see you next time!

Unfortunately, the communication between Riderly and the rental shop is not working. As a result, the Yamaha NMAX 155 scooter I had booked was not available, and instead I received a significantly more "basic" Suzuki Address 110. The staff member was very helpful, explained everything in detail, and I also received a nominal refund, but overall it was very uncomfortable to travel more than 500 km on such a low-powered, small scooter with two people. This is definitely something that should be addressed in the communication between the two companies to prevent similar situations in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We didn't end up renting a motorbike from the rental shop, but we had one of the best customer experiences of our trip! The guy was incredibly helpful and honest - he took the time to explain the weather conditions and safety concerns for the day, and advised us that it wouldn't be ideal to ride in such bad weather. His advice showed real care for customers' safety rather than just trying to make a sale. Even though we didn't take the service, we left impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine kindness. We'll definitely be coming back when the weather is better! Highly recommend the rental shop for their honesty and great service.
