This place is amazing. Helpful and friendly staff, easy to access, and good prices. They rented us motorbikes and gear for a week. They gave us advice and tips when planning our route. The staff made sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed before we left. We took on a 7 day trip from hoi an to hanoi and the motorbikes had no problems the whole time! Special thanks to a staff member at the hoi an location who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip! He even gave us special recommendations of cool spots to see along the way. I would recommend anyone renting a motorbike in vietnam to use the rental shop. I will be using them the next time im back in Vietnam!

Doing the Ha Giang Loop on a big motorbike means wading through a lot of middlemen online, so finding a company that actually owns their fleet matters. The rental shop is the real deal. I didn't pre-book - rainy season meant I wanted to assess conditions on arrival - and they were completely understanding. The staff are brilliant from the moment you walk in. I was torn between the Versys 300 and the CB500X, so they took me down to the lock-up and let me try both before deciding. That kind of no-pressure service is rare. Do yourself a favour and pay for the extra insurance. We had no incidents, but there are moments on that loop where things get interesting, and knowing you're covered takes a real weight off the trip. On returning the motorbike I got chatting with the manager - a genuinely lovely bloke. Being in the trade myself, we had a great conversation about motorbikes. They'd just taken delivery of some new XR190s which looked fantastic - perfect if you're riding solo. Outstanding company, outstanding service. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Bought a motorbike here in September and it has zero problems. They even recharged my battery when the battery died due to no use for over 2 months whilst I was away. Friendly and helpful staff and good quality mechanics. Their motorbikes are well maintained.

We rented two Honda Verza 150cc motorbikes from the rental shop for three weeks and honestly had an amazing experience. We started in Hoi An and rode all the way to Hanoi via places like Mai Chau, Sapa and Ha Giang. Easily one of the coolest travel experiences I've ever had. First tip for anyone planning to do this: rent at least a 150cc motorbike. Especially in the mountains, it just makes the ride way more comfortable. Anything lighter would honestly struggle on some of the steeper roads. What really stood out to us about the rental shop was the service and communication. Before renting, I had some questions about the deposit and how to secure our backpacks to the motorbikes. They were super responsive on WhatsApp, not only before we picked up the motorbikes but during the entire trip as well. That made everything feel really relaxed while travelling through Vietnam. We actually had a small accident during the trip where one of us slipped and damaged the headlight. Even then they immediately helped us figure out where and how to fix it. In the end, they repaired it for us at their own shop in Ha Giang without charging extra because we had insurance through them. Really professional and well handled. When we picked up the motorbikes in Hoi An, everything was exactly as agreed. No hidden costs, no surprises, everything was transparent and clear. The staff spoke good English and really took their time explaining different routes and places worth visiting. They gave us a map and helped us plan parts of the route, including recommendations for accommodation along the way. It genuinely felt like we were very well prepared before leaving. The motorbikes themselves were not brand new, but clearly well maintained and reliable. We rode through Vietnam for three weeks without any major issues. We also rented helmets and riding gear from them, which were both really good quality. The jacket was comfortable in the heat because it allowed airflow, and the helmet had European safety standards plus a built-in sun visor, which was great. And honestly, riding through Vietnam by motorbike is just incredible. You get to see a completely different side of the country. You ride through small villages and remote areas you would otherwise never visit. Also, the roads were way better than I expected beforehand. Around 95% was good asphalt, so it felt safe and comfortable to ride. Overall, I would absolutely recommend discovering Vietnam this way. And if you do, I would definitely recommend renting from the rental shop. Not only because the motorbikes were good, but especially because of the extra service, the fast communication on WhatsApp, and the fact that they genuinely help you throughout your entire trip.
