I rented a Honda Transalp 750 for 2 days. The motorbike was in excellent condition, clean, and mechanically sound. Custom drop off and pick up location worked great. There were no issues with the motorbike; it ran well and was well maintained. The person who dropped off the motorbike was professional, had great communication, and provided excellent service. For others booking - there was a reasonable sized cash deposit and an ID hold. This was refunded and ID returned on pick up as agreed. I recommend the rental shop and would hire again for sure.

One of the things I appreciated most about the rental shop was the opportunity to conduct a deliberate, real-world exploration of different motorcycles rather than relying on showroom impressions or online reviews. Before arriving in Manila, I set out to find the best all-around motorcycle for both daily life in the city and exploring the Philippines beyond Metro Manila. Working with the rental shop and a helpful staff member, I was able to experience several very different machines, including the Honda XR150L, the Honda ADV350, and now the Honda NX500. Each motorbike served a different purpose and taught me something unique about riding conditions here-from navigating dense urban traffic in BGC and Makati to traveling on Skyway Stage 3 and planning longer weekend adventures. Rather than simply renting a motorcycle, I felt like I was participating in a thoughtful process of discovery. The staff member was consistently helpful throughout that journey, answering questions, accommodating my plans, and making it easy to focus on learning what worked best for my particular needs and riding style. For anyone considering motorcycle life in the Philippines, whether as a resident, long-term visitor, or someone evaluating different riding options, this kind of hands-on experience is invaluable. The NX500 was another important data point in that journey, and I left with a much better understanding of what I may ultimately choose for my future adventures here.

Very satisfied with the service. Bike was clean and reliable, paperwork was quick and straightforward. Communication was easy and they were flexible with timing for both pick-up and return. Highly recommend.

Headline: Reliable motorbike and instant deposit return - just bring your own gear! I rented a Honda NX500 for two days. Overall, a very solid and trustworthy rental shop, which is the most important part when renting in Manila. The Pros: 1. Transparency & Speed: The team was very responsive. They contacted me quickly via my provided number and handled all details professionally. 2. Bike Condition: The NX500 was in great mechanical shape and came equipped with crash bars and engine guards. 3. No Mileage Limits: A huge plus for exploring outside the city. 4. Instant Deposit Return: The return process took only a couple of minutes. No "scams" or nitpicking-they returned my deposit in full on the spot as soon as the motorbike was checked. Neutral / To Note: Cash Only: They only accept cash for both the rental and the deposit. Be prepared to carry a significant amount (25k+ PHP) to the office. The upside is that you get your money back instantly upon return, rather than waiting weeks for a bank to unblock a card authorization. The Cons: 1. Rental Gear: This was the main letdown. I paid extra for a "high-quality" helmet but received a worn-out "watermelon shell" (half-face) that was a size too big with a scratched/matte visor. They seem to only stock L/XL sizes in poor condition. Recommendation: Bring your own helmet if possible. 2. Aftermarket Clutch Lever: The motorbike had a cheap adjustable lever. It looked "tuned," but made finding the friction zone difficult. I had to choose between an ergonomic position or a functional one. 3. Equipment: The motorbike lacked a 12V/USB socket, so keep a power bank handy for navigation. Verdict: I'd definitely rent from them again for the mechanical reliability and honest service. Just don't rely on their rental helmets.

Very accommodating and friendly staff and always updated. When it comes to the motorbike itself that I rented, all are good and the motorbike is not difficult to drive, my back ride is just a bit disappointed because the right footpeg is gone and my passenger struggles to put her right foot steadily so that she can balance herself. But our experience with the motorbike and our ride is awesome, we might rent again sooner or later. Thanks to the rental shop.
