Everything was perfect. Since we picked up the scooter on Saturday, the day they were closing, the owner sent his employee specifically to deliver it to us. The scooter was new and perfect, and when I asked if I was allowed to ride in the city center, I received prompt and clear answers. Our vacation in Madrid was perfect, thanks in part to you! 👍👍 Highly recommended!!!

All in all was quite fun. The scooter was fine. and very stable. Would be a better idea though to rent a smaller scooter to be able to easier handle the heavy traffic of Madrid. The pickup process was quite long - took us over 1 hour to get the scooter even though we arrived 2 hours after the pick up time... 1 point to take into account before you rent there is - be sure you are fully insured!! their insurance do not cover - accidents and damages to the motorbikes nor theft.
