10/10 experience. I rented a Yamaha NMAX around 2 weeks ago in August for 1 day and the experience was awesome! Pickup and drop-off was really easy, the scooter was in perfect mechanical condition, and its cosmetic damage was pointed out to me at pickup. It was easy to arrange the reservation even though I messaged hours before pickup, and there was no problem with my age as long as I had a valid driving license (A1 is accepted as well). I was given time to read the contract fully before signing and was not rushed. Everything was perfect. The deposit was returned immediately at drop-off and I received it in my account instantly. I recommend the rental shop to anyone looking to rent a scooter. Even beginners should be able to learn how to drive them because everything is explained at pickup. If I visit Prague again, I will definitely rent again. Prices are good, and equipment including open-face and full helmets for 2 people, gloves, phone mounts, and a charger is provided for free. The scooters are also equipped with a top case, so it is easy to store 2 helmets and a bag while driving.

Great experience from start to finish. The scooter was in excellent condition, communication was easy, and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. A perfect way to enjoy the city without getting stuck in traffic. Highly recommended for both locals and tourists! I would definitely rent one again.

We had a great experience with the rental shop. At first it looked a bit strange because we couldn't find a shop and it was in a garage but everything went perfect. The scooter was in good condition and the owner explained everything we need to know about the scooter and riding in the city. We signed a contract, everything was very clear and the owner didn't come as a difficult, rigid guy. At the end we returned a scooter, he checked out and returned us the full deposit back.

Great service, the owner is very friendly and has great communication. Everything was fast and easy, the scooters are in good condition, had no problems. The helmet and gloves being included saved my friend and I 🙏. If there's a place to rent a scooter it's here 👊

Just rented from the rental shop and it was the smoothest and best experience! The scooter was in amazing condition and had amazing features like auto start and stop, keyless start, and we drove close to 150 km and it only lost a quarter tank! Owner was amazing and will definitely rent again when we are back in the city. Best way to get around the city.
