I rented a scooter from the rental shop in January while visiting Chiang Mai, and I honestly cannot thank them enough for the incredible support they gave me. Unfortunately, I had an accident with the scooter and ended up in the hospital. This is the moment when you truly see whether a company is genuinely good, when problems happen. They stayed in constant contact with me and guided me through all the paperwork and procedures so that part of the expenses could be covered through the scooter's insurance. They went far beyond what I would ever expect. They travelled about an hour from Chiang Mai to recover the scooter from where the accident happened, they even came to visit me at the hospital and brought me fruits and bakery. They were extremely kind, understanding, and handled everything without putting any pressure on me. Situations like this can happen to anyone, and when they do, it makes a huge difference to have a professional and honest team behind you. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. If I return to Chiang Mai, I would definitely rent from them again... if they are willing to rent to me again after this experience haha. Thank you again for everything!

The motorscooter was ready on the agreed date/time. Smooth handling at pick up, no problem whatsoever when returning the scooter. Excellent machine, well maintained and everything working as required. NB: It proved hard to make a direct reservation with the local rental companies in Thailand a couple of months/weeks on forehand: "please call when you are in the city", "we can only commit 2-3 days before the pick up date" etc. etc. Reservation via Riderly was done months before and went smoothly. Competitive price compare to renting directly from local rental companies. In short: excellent experience!

I needed a scooter that would be comfortable getting up into the hillsides around Chiang Mai. (I wasn't happy with the smaller scooter hired from a previous hotel.) The rental shop was able to supply a Honda 150 and it did the job really well. (I have a Honda 125 back in London so this felt very familiar.) Solid, reliable, more than enough power for the job in hand. Brakes very solid. Overall extremely happy with the motorbike, the management and the hiring process. Very reasonable rates. Worth seeking out the rental shop.

Highly recommend this rental place, super friendly and helpful staff. I rented a 160 Honda Click scooter for 2 months and I was super happy with it. It worked super fine and nothing to complain about. The rental and return process was smooth and easy. Will come back and recommend this place to friends. Thanks a lot 🙏🏽

Rented a yamaha Filano for a day. The motorbike is comfortable and in good condition with reasonable price. The helmet provided is also clean without any unpleasant odour. Shop owner is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!
