Review is for the rental department. Nini and Henry made my renting processing hands down the best customer experience I've ever had. I've been riding for 10 years and this is the only rental place that I keep coming back to. They are very accommodating. For instance, once I was late for my pick and past their closing time, but I texted Nini to see if they can wait for me and they totally did. They even threw a phone mount for free for my ride. Their motorbikes are well maintained and have a wide range of collection from Harley baggers to street triple RS to BMW GS. Price is decent but customer satisfaction is amazing so this is the only place I rent a motorbike from.

I brought my 2023 R-7 in to the rental shop for a Dyno tune and I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, honesty, and workmanship that the technician demonstrated. There were a few items that needed adjusting besides the tune and the technician was on top of things from the moment he touched my motorcycle. Since the motorbike is strictly track only and it's going to be pushed to the limit, I left the rental shop feeling very confident with the work that was performed. Highly recommended anyone looking to get their motorcycle dialed in or serviced professionally to seek out this rental shop.

Had a great time buying a Ninja 400. Initially just came at NordCal because of an ad and what seemed like a great deal for the motorbike. It was a great customer experience. Freddie really put effort into understanding what I was looking for, my situation while keeping extremely professional. I could test the motorbike, talk about details and never felt pressed or awkward if I had doubts. 10/10 experience.

Highly recommend this business for your short or long term motorcycle rental needs! We arrived at SFO and acquired a very entertaining taxi ride for the super quick trip to pick up our motorbikes. Nini walked us through the whole slightly timely phone set-up part including paying for tolls. The motorbikes were out and ready for us and we were quickly on our adventure! Bikes were clean and very well maintained. We rode a little over 1k miles to Humboldt county and Trinity and back down to SF. Amazing riding and the motorbikes did as they should with no worries or issues. Would definitely use this company again. The only thing that left me feeling slightly bristled was the charge for insurance on the motorbike which was kinda significant. I understand they have to do this because it's a business, but it definitely doubled if not more the price of just renting the motorbikes. Overall a great experience, thanks Nini Freddie and Henry!
