Edit: rental #3 done! Honda Rebel 500 this time around, really great machine to ride! I love that this one came equipped with a wind deflector which helped with comfort riding on the freeway. Definitely nicer having the parallel twin over the single, really enjoyed my ride! As always, it's a pleasure to interact with the team at the rental shop. The whole crew... yall are awesome! The front desk staff was absolutely perfect for the job imo: compassionate, reassuring, and exactly what a first-timer needs before throwing a leg over a motorbike for the first time for real. The other staff were great too, really easy dudes to talk to and very helpful with sharing tips and other pointers for me. I'll be honest, I dropped the motorbike an equal number of times on both sides over the weekend, all at zero mph (embarassing af). Symmetrically bruised ego, perfectly balanced. Returning it felt intimidating, but the whole team handled it with zero judgment and genuine professionalism. I didn't try to hide anything and they made the whole process painless, albeit with some monetary penalties caused by my inexperience (I own up to this though). I'm leaving with my wallet lighter but with my heart genuinely fuller for the experience. The environment this rental shop creates for nervous beginners like me is genuinely rare, and it made me feel supported and motivated to come back and do better next time. Will absolutely be back for my next rental and keep getting ride time in, because real experience gained like I did is priceless. Review is for the rental department. The staff made my renting process hands down the best customer experience I've ever had. I've been riding for 10 years and this is the only rental place that I keep coming back to. They are very accommodating. For instance, once I was late for my pick and past their closing time, but I contacted the rental shop to see if they can wait for me and they totally did. They even threw a phone mount for free for my ride. Their motorbikes are well maintained and have a wide range of collection from Harley baggers to street triple RS to BMW GS. Price is decent but customer satisfaction is amazing so this is the only place I rent a motorbike from.

I brought my 2023 R-7 in to the rental shop for a Dyno tune and I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, honesty, and workmanship demonstrated. There were a few items that needed adjusting besides the tune and the staff was on top of things from the moment they touched my motorcycle. Since the motorbike is strictly track only and it's going to be pushed to the limit, I left the rental shop feeling very confident with the work that was performed.
