I recently rented a motorcycle for Jota Cafe Motorbikes at Barcelona Airport. While the motorcycle itself worked perfectly and I had no issues with the vehicle, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the communication and logistics of the rental process.
All communication was done via WhatsApp, but my questions were not always answered, which made the process confusing. I had to proceed without knowing all the necessary procedures, as I received incomplete or delayed replies.
