Renting a motorbike from the rental shop was the best decision. Easiest way to get around town, even with a 9ft longboard, and for a good price too.

We rented a scooter for a whole month for a great deal, including two helmets and a surf board rack. The owner we spoke with was very friendly and responsive on WhatsApp whenever we had questions. The scooter made getting around so much easier so we could grocery shop at the bigger and cheaper grocery stores as well as check out different waves around Baleal, Ferrel, and Peniche. The 50cc scooter didn't have a ton of power for two people going up a hill, but I honestly prefered the 50cc because it felt safer and easier to manage than a faster scooter - just don't plan to go too far from home. Also, the scooter was very upright when parked with the kickstand, so we had to be strategic with where and how we parked so it wouldn't get blown over by the wind or bumped over by someone, but that was fine once we got the hang of it. Overall definitely recommend and we'd rent again. The scooter was such a fun way to get around and the shop owner was lovely.

Absolutely loved this motorbike rental. 💙🚲 Super friendly people, very flexible, easygoing, and just a real pleasure to deal with. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and uncomplicated, and the motorbikes were excellent - reliable, comfortable, and perfect for a great ride. It's rare to find a place that combines such good service with such a warm and chill vibe. Highly, highly recommended.
