I usually only write reviews when I have a really unpleasant, or like this time, a really good experience. This team was really professional and helpful. I would highly recommend renting your motorbikes here, and if you're able to drive the bigger ones, get the upgrade! I was doing the loop self-guided with my gf as passenger. And I'm glad that I chose the Versys 300. The storage space from the boxes, the suspension!!, the ABS brakes, the passenger comfort, and the extra power.. It's worth it! I drove down to Nho Que retreat, I drove up to Cafe Mi Po, I rode the worst streets, sometimes I felt like I was mountainbiking again - trying to find the best line between potholes, gravel and stones.. And this motorbike took it all like a champ. Thanks to the team for making it possible, thanks for the good communication beforehand and thanks for storing my luggage. If I ever need to rent a motorbike again, I will be back.

Did a 4 day tour, self drive on a 50cc motorbike and the whole experience was unreal. Everything was super well planned and handled by our tour guide. The guide was the very best we could ask for. Super friendly, patient, attentive and helpful along the way. He always went the extra mile to help make the trip special. If you get a chance to do the tour with him, you're in for a treat! Can't say enough good things about this tour! I highly recommend it.

Rent your motorbikes here. These guys are honest and awesome. Their selection of motorbikes with USB chargers was a game changer for keeping power to our phones for maps and cameras while riding the loops. We rented 2 Honda CB150 motorcycles, which handled great. The transmission was smooth, the brakes were effective, and the bikes had plenty of power for passing and steep climbs. Descending the mountain felt controlled, even while carrying a passenger with bags. With US international licenses, the rental shop warned us we could be stopped by police and fined, which happened, but understood that we wanted the extra power, especially since I was riding with my 8-year-old in back. They never tried to upsell us. They transported us to the border permit office and outside the city limits to the first gas station, and were patient and helpful. The rental shop was honest about the checkpoints, and the motorbikes were well maintained and checked before being handed over.

We just completed a 4 day 3 night Jeep Tour with our driver. It was excellent in all aspects. The driver was informative, friendly and happy to answer any of our questions. The tour itself was also phenomenal, it's beautiful. The driver is safe, going along the narrow roads. We were too nervous to get on the back of a motorbike, so the Jeep was the perfect solution. There was just 2 of us on the Jeep tour, which meant we could stay longer at some spots if we wanted, which was perfect. Overall I couldn't recommend the rental shop and the driver enough. We even used the hostel the night before and it was a welcoming atmosphere.

I have done many motorbike loops all over Vietnam and Southeast Asia, and this was definitely one of the best experiences ever, because of my guide. I was riding my own motorbike and was going to do the 4 day loop tour with a group.. but after I met and spent one day with the guide, I asked the company if I could continue with a private tour with him. He was the absolute best guide I could have ever asked for, and made my adventure the absolute best, taking the best photos and videos of me with his own phone, and sharing stories and meals with me all day every day. I didn't feel like a client, but more like a brother. If you want the best and most personal experience possible, you should definitely message the rental shop and request this guide.
