I originally contacted this hostel just to rent a motorbike for the Ha Giang Loop, but what I received was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived at 3 AM, and despite the late hour, the staff welcomed us warmly and even offered us a place to rest for free until morning — no questions asked. The beds were incredibly clean and so spacious that three people could easily fit in one. The shared bathroom was spotless — honestly cleaner than many private bathrooms in 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at. Even the towels were fresh, soft, and smelled amazing. In the morning, the owner personally helped me choose a motorbike at a very reasonable price and wished me a safe trip with genuine kindness. After completing the loop, we returned the motorbike without any hassle. Since our bus wasn’t leaving for another two hours, the owner once again offered us a place to relax free of charge until departure. This place is run by truly professional and kind-hearted people. It deserves far more than 1 star. If you’re planning to do the Ha Giang Loop or are just passing through the area, do not miss this hostel. Highly recommended!

I just finished a 4D3N tour with Fast as our group leader. He was amazing!! My driver Min was also great, I always felt safe on the road. Bibi tours made it super easy to book bus tickets, reschedule dates, and they accommodated for my vegetarian friend, too. WhatsApp makes communication and planning super easy. The experience itself was one of a kind. I really enjoyed the smaller group size (our was 7!) The food was amazing everyday, the homestays were clean with good views and good hosts, the activities were well planned, and the views were incredible. You do get sore from being on a motorbike all day and you will be tired by the end (probably from karaoke every night) but I would do it again, without a doubt.

I rented a motorbike from here twice. Same motorbike. I'm satisfied with their service. They have a guy working there with good English, but he isn't always around. The rest of the staff don't speak English (why not?). Both times when I returned the motorbike there were no issues. I even got compensated for expenses I had for changing break pads during my trip. I think the 125cc motorbike they have is pretty sturdy. We definitely pushed it to extremes.

A special shoutout to my driver, Tú, who made the experience truly exceptional for me. He was so thoughtful and attentive, always checking my gear, making sure I stayed hydrated, and even bringing me a cushion for the motorbike seat. He made sure I was comfortable and having a great time every step of the way. I wish him and his family all the best — and thank him sincerely for making the loop so memorable. While the drivers’ English was limited, every one of them was kind, fun, and full of good energy. I’d give them all a 10/10 review. The Ha Giang Loop was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I have Bibi, Tú and Hú to thank for making it so special.

My best friend, boyfriend and I recently completed the 3D2N Ha Giang loop tour with Bibi - a once in a lifetime experience that I would 100% recommend. The scenes were, of course, incredible, but our tour leader Hu and my easy rider Xiep absolutely made the experience. Xiep was an extremely safe driver, always making sure I was comfortable and happy on the trip. He is the smiliest person I have ever met and I am so grateful that I got to know him over karaoke and happy water each night. My boyfriend was self driving and Xiep, as well as my friend’s lovely easy rider Tu, made sure he was safe at all times. They helped him with his motorbike and checked up on him, forming a great bond over the few days. It was also my boyfriend’s 30th birthday on our second night - at dinner, Hu arranged for a birthday cake and we were able to celebrate as a group. A really lovely personal touch. Thank you Xiep, Hu, Tu, and of course Bibi!
