We found the rental shop through a social media video of a journey from Hue to Hoi An. The process was straightforward, and communication via WhatsApp was easy. The staff answered all our questions promptly and delivered the motorbike to our hotel, so we didn't have to carry our bags to pick it up. They brought two motorbikes for us to choose from and provided recommended stop-offs along the way. They also transported our larger bags to Hoi An and dropped them off at our hotel. We were able to keep the motorbike for a few more days in Hoi An, which was convenient. The staff checked in to ensure our bags arrived and asked about our journey, showing genuine care. They didn't rush the motorbike drop-off in Hue and gave helpful guidance and advice. When we returned the motorbike, the staff in the Hoi An office was kind and interested in our journey. The service really added a nice touch and did not feel transactional. We highly recommend this rental shop for anyone planning to do the pass.

Was absolutely good. I will give you 4 stars and write a great review. To get 5 stars the motorbike needs to be not so old and worn out. Very wobbly in the steering at 70. Can not let go with hands. Steering starts shaking immediately. The side satchels were broken and could not lock. Vibrations in the handle and machine makes the arms and finger buzzing. But for your service and your friendliness and good manners... I will add the extra star anyway 🌟

Best choice we could have made! Very competitive price for a nice motorbike. The rental shop rented us the motorbike and was really super helpful! They gave us much more suggestions on what to do than we ever expected and, cherry on top, kept in contact with us even when we moved city to give us more indications to make our trip unforgettable! 10/10

We had a great time hiring our motorbike from Hoi An to Hue one way, everything was organised through our hotel. The rental shop helped us with our route, letting us know where are good places to stop. Would definitely do this again! Even our bags were taken for us which made the whole journey so much easier.
