As an international traveller, I found the entire rental process to be straightforward, affordable, and hassle-free. Everyone on the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. A special thanks to a staff member who was fantastic to deal with. He was incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, and offered some great advice and suggestions that made the trip even better. It was clear he genuinely cared about making sure I had a great riding experience. The motorbike was in fantastic condition and performed flawlessly throughout my week long 2,000+ km ride from Sydney to Melbourne and back. It's obvious the motorcycles are well maintained and looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from the rental shop again and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially travellers looking for a reliable motorbike and excellent customer service. Renting from the rental shop was a great experience. Customer service was top notch. The motorbike was in excellent condition, and prices were reasonable. I highly recommend doing a motorcycle journey in NSW and Victoria along the great ocean road. Fantastic experience all around!

I took my scooter motorbike SYM HD200 for service to the rental shop for the first time. Very happy with friendly young team who were very accommodating and carried out what I needed and provided a list of things to do later on. I waited while they changed the oil and flushed the brake fluid. The fish tank in the reception was very beautiful with variety of amazing fish. The online booking, email notifications, customer service over the phone and upfront service fee are the features that I liked. I would go back there for my next service.
