The staff member who assisted me with the scooter pickup was a pleasure to deal with. He provided excellent customer service, answered all of my questions, and made the entire pickup process transparent, straightforward, and hassle-free. On the other hand, the scooter itself was in poor cosmetic and mechanical condition. It had numerous scratches, damaged brake levers, and the engine would shudder when taking off. Considering the price being charged, I expected a much higher standard of maintenance and overall vehicle quality. While the pickup experience was excellent, the condition of the scooter was disappointing and did not reflect the value of the rental.

This is my go to when in Malta, I wouldnt go anywhere else for hire, service is 10/10 prices are very good and they have a few locations around the island. Always willing to go beyond to satisfy the customer and they are very friendly. This is the only play I recommend going for quad and motorbike rentals.

Mixed experience. The quad worked properly and the staff were friendly. However, (1) the quad wasn't properly presented because 3 mins after setting off we pressed a button (emergency?) which stopped it straight in the middle of the road – dangerous. (2) We were asked to return it with a full tank, but it was at 50% when we left - fair? (3) We waited 31 days for the €350 deposit return... for an €80 rental – logical? Thanks anyway.

We rented a scooter for two days and were very satisfied. Everything was fine with the scooter and the reservation went smoothly. At the end, there was a small problem with the payment (we were charged twice), but the staff were very friendly and understanding, and the issue was resolved within a few days. Highly recommended!
