ST Rentals provides very good services, and ST Rentals provides good services, and the documentation process is easy and smooth. However, the waiting time for motorbike rentals is quite long and needs improvement. The return office timing should also be extended to late evening for better customer convenience. In addition, the receptionist who explained the process seemed to lack customer service experience. Proper training on how to deal with clients would really help improve the overall service quality.
