The pick-up process was quick. We made a mistake regarding the return time; we wanted to return it earlier, but the agency was closed. The manager was immediately available and attentive, while also making the process easier for us. A few days later, I asked when the security deposit would be released, and the agency replied within the hour. I therefore highly recommend this agency, which delivers quality service and has very friendly manager.

The team was very friendly a professional. We could switch from top case to 2 side cases in Bari directly. The motorbike was technically ok and we had a lot of fun during our trip in Puglia. We would rent a motorbike from Officine MotoRent again.
