The pick-up process was quick. We made a mistake regarding the return time; we wanted to return it earlier, but the agency was closed. The manager was immediately available and attentive, while also making the process easier for us. A few days later, I asked when the security deposit would be released, and the agency replied within the hour. I therefore highly recommend the rental shop, which delivers quality service and has very friendly manager.
