We messaged from our cruise ship, they picked us up from the port, sorted out a motorbike for us for the day and dropped us back to the ship. The staff, offices and motorbikes were excellent. Extremely helpful and great service.

We had planned a trip to dugi otok with another local scooter company (koni) because they were cheaper, but we showed up in the morning and their office was closed! So, we had our ferry tickets booked for two people and a scooter but no scooter, and only 40 mins before the ferry left. We ran here, the next closest shop, and asked if we could rent a 125. They did, and they were super speedy with it as well, wasting no time to help us get on our ferry. The guy giving us the motorbike was quick and friendly, and even said if we wouldn't be able to drop it off in time we could drop it off the next day in the morning at no extra cost. Basically, he made us feel like we wanted to feel on our holiday - like it was about the fun, and the scooter was being provided to facilitate that.

Wheeler dealer types. Had a chat the day before with a nice older guy in the Zadar downdown office, then came in the following day to be met with an accompanying younger gentleman who had a very different character. He was quite aggressive, cold and not very friendly. Almost made me want to cancel and walk away and left a very sour taste in the whole experience. You always have to watch yourself in these places but I don't like it when they are the kind of people who will speak in English then switch to local Croatian to whisper something under their breath while typing. They also seem to prefer cash to credit/debit cards which is of course a risk. I had agreed to give a 300euro deposit but they asked for an extra 200euro on the day. The scooter was great in fairness, although it was bogging when I picked it up. Aside from that, the only thing I found odd was that you had to fill the tank to almost overflow for it to read as full on the digital fuel gauge. Thankfully the younger fellow was not there when I returned the motorbike, although the person at the office did make a call after checking the motorbike. Be prepared with a credit card and good luck - something just didn't seem right with these guys.

I rented a 125cc scooter. Not cheap but it ran well. Check in to get the scooter was slow. They close Sunday afternoons so no returning rentals then. But overall a good experience riding around! They returned my credit card deposit. So they seem fair and honest.
