I used the rental shop for a week's rental of a 125cc scooter, all in all no complaints, they were pretty good. The scooter was at the location marked on the map for pick-up, and rental was smooth. I had a flat tire that I discovered on the first day, and they replaced the scooter promptly. A bit slow to respond on WhatsApp for general questions (like directions) but very prompt on the flat tire report. I personally had a good experience with the rental shop, and I would use them again in the future. Note to others: give yourself enough time if you drop off at the airport, the parking entrance is not that easy/obvious to find

NO SCOOTER AS DESCRIBED ON ARRIVAL, ONLY EMPTY PARKING PLACE!!! Had to call the rental shop, AI agent replied (!), only possible contact via WhatsApp (!). Lost 1 hour plus a lot of nerves before I got description of proper vehicle. The rest was relatively OK, scooter had minor flaws (road light set way too high causing blinding incoming drivers).

No issues at all with the rental - the service was excellent! Unlike our previous rental experiences, the scooter they provided was in essentially brand new condition. Highly recommend!

The customer service was great, and the scooter was in great condition. The process was very easy and they were good at explaining everything for us. My biggest problem is the 9 euro phone holder. Its 37£ for the scooter, and 9€ to attach a phone holder. Should be 3€ at most. Its a huge disappointment that the phone holder is priced at 25% of the motorbike, it makes no sense. They claim there is no hidden fees but they just have exorbitantly priced phone holders.

We had a group of 6 adults who rented scooters and the process was very smooth. We didn't run into any delays and he had everything ready for us when we showed up. He explained everything we needed to know and cruising around the island on the scooter was SOOOOOOOOO fun. Scooters made parking so much easier as well. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunset while riding on the scooters home from the beach. Thanks the rental shop :)
