I rented a 125cc scooter with a top case from Monday to Friday. I was staying near Tenerife South Airport, in El Médano. They were friendly and helpful. The scooter was practically new, well-maintained, with good tires... I pushed it a lot; one day I did the whole tour (through beaches, cities, towns, and mountains)... never a problem or a warning light. Plus, almost all the roads on the island are perfect. We arranged to have the scooter picked up at my house (the employee recommended it to me: this would save me a taxi to the airport: about €20 less). They gave me the same availability for pick-up: I called the head office the evening before (after hours). They didn't answer (rightfully so). I sent an email. The next day they contacted me by phone and then (I was busy in the water) they also sent me a WhatsApp message saying they were trying to contact me. I called back, we made arrangements, and that evening they picked up the scooter, again near the hostel (another €20 less). I was very satisfied. Thanks for the service.

My company has been renting a motorcycle from them for two months. The motorcycle is currently broken down, and the phone numbers listed on the website are unavailable. Who can I contact to arrange a replacement motorcycle? Please help. I will give them 5 stars when they reply to one of my emails or provide me with a working phone number.
