We rented 5 scooters for a week with a group of friends and overall had a great experience. The staff were friendly and the scooters performed very well during our trip. There were, however, a few issues that are worth mentioning. 2 of the speedometers on our scooters were not working properly, one scooter had a broken rear light (sometimes), and shortly after departure one of the scooters kept shutting off. We had to return to the rental office to exchange it, which cost us some time at the start of our trip. One other point is that we repeatedly asked via WhatsApp about the excess/deductible amount, but never received a clear answer before renting. It turned out to be €3,500 per scooter, which is important information that should be communicated more transparently. That said, once the broken scooter was replaced, everything went smoothly and all scooters performed reliably for the rest of the week. Despite the issues mentioned above, we had a fantastic time and would consider renting here again if these maintenance and communication points are improved.
