5 star! I was very scared after reading mixed feedbacks regarding deposit payback and services but I was fully satisfied at the end. I have A1 license so went for this Brixton crossfire 125. Actually I used a rental platform and then my rental got routed to the rental shop. I was like: ok if I get something that is not a trash I will be happy because if the rented motorbike is not available, they should provide something in the same category. If I get exactly this motorbike that I rented (brand new brixton crossfire 125), then I will be super happy! And then I got it! 440 km in it, technically new. There was a dedicated pick-up location where the motorbike was waiting for me there with a lock on it with 4 digit lock code they shared directly prior the rent. Key inside. Then helmets were locked with chain on the wheel. Working solution :) I went there, picked it up, spent 3 days together and I was riding it for long hours during each day. Then came the end of the rent, I had to bring back to the pick up point, lock it, create video about it, easy. The rental shop provides great instructions on whatsapp. Then came the deposit release. So after the motorbike is given back, there is 10 days waiting time to see if I did not get any fine anywhere... ok. Then I contacted them to release my 300eur (so it was not automatic, I had to send a mail on the 11th day after I saw there is no news about my deposit release) then the payment system emailed me a confirmation that contains again 10 days period till the money will be back, so it can take up to 20 days till the money is back, after the end of rental. Annoying, but it is what it is. They speak english very well! (Or speak english with AI but actually who cares. Communication was smooth, that is the point.) Thanks for this experience!
