I contacted them some days before my arrival. They were open on a weekend and national holiday just for me. The service was great and I got my scooter within 30minutes. Everything checked. I had a smooth journey around on the scooter. The staff were so helpful and explained clearly everything. The scooter was a bit old but worked as it was supposed to. I had to pay some more service fee as I did not have a credit with me so be prepared before coming to save you some more. But without that fee their rate is the best you can find in the city and veru reasonable. The check out was less than 5 minutes and I received my deposit back within a week.
