It was a great experience i really like, how easy it was to rent a Bike. In Mallorca it's very Simple to Park the Bike and the Mountains they were beautiful. Pro •Easy way to Pick up the Bike •Good message on WhatsApp •Nice Box for Helmet. •Easy way to find the Bike, friendly and Helpful Person on Chat and Phone. Contra •Motorcycle was dirty on the front and the Chain Kit had Rost bad Condition!! •During the rent i ask some simple questions on Chat i become no answer. "Very annoying" •Long time to get my Money back from Receip. But in the End Thanks a lot and everything works good and both sides are Happy 😊

I also had a quite positive experience. I rented a 125cc and all went well. I had my refund back. I called them after 10 working days, and they immediately did the refund and sent me proof of it. Few days later I received the 300 euro deposit. I didnt have any issue during the rent and i drove many kilometres. At first it may look weird that there's no human interaction at the pick up and you need to send them the deposit first to get the code to unlock the scooter, but then i must admit that they were answering fast, they were available and if you send them the pictures before and after, you shouldnt have any trouble...

Rented a scooter at the airport during Easter holidays. We were afraid that it may be a scam due to its convenient price and some negative feedback but I must tell that everything went well. Among the best pros: extremely cheap, easy procedures and support. Further advice for the future: instead on pinpointing a single place for the parking lot, give a more comprehensive map of the area where the scooter may be; clearly state the deposit policy before letting people book (it was fine, but we would have preferred to know it previously. Booking from DoYouSpain doesn't mention it, as well as for the further fee for the second helmet. Still, it was overall a positive experience, I would recommend it.

Absolutely the best decision to book scooter with the rental shop. Price was by far the best that I found. 125cc scooter was amazing. I managed to see a lot from this beautiful island thanks to them. I would book with them in future again. No problem to get deposit returned. You just need to follow the rules and take correct pictures they require from you. Also if you drive scooter as your own and you are careful about it surely helps getting your deposit back too. My rental has finished 17th of October. And today is 10th of November and I received my deposit. It doesnt take 10 business days as thats minimum it can take up to 30 business days. Depends on the bank and also how busy they are with their bookings. After 10 working days you just simly write them to WA. And they will sort your deposit as fast as possible. Easy if you understand how they work. At first it seems to be strange not to know which motocycle is yours and what is the exact location. But fortunately they reply through WhatsApp quite quickly and all works well. The 125 cc scooter was brand new and realy good. Thanks!
