I rented a 125cc scooter, using their website to book in advance and pay. The receptionist was very helpful and kind in providing detailed explanations of the scooter's operation and directions, given that there's a limited traffic zone near the rental location. I used the Waze app to avoid fines or other charges. The price is competitive compared to other rental agencies; the deposit is €300, but it was refunded a few hours after the final inspection. The bike was 100% functional with no issues whatsoever, the brakes were properly adjusted, and it's agile and comfortable. If I ever return to Olbia, it will be my rental choice. I forgot to mention that the office is easily accessible because it's centrally located.

We booked a 125cc scooter for a day trip to explore Gallura. Despite the 15-minute delay (we arrived when everything was still closed, so we had to call) and the failure to list the €300 deposit on the website (not all rental agencies charge deposits, so it's best to mention this, as not everyone, especially young people on vacation, can afford to hold this amount), the staff was friendly and helpful, explaining in detail everything we needed to know about the vehicle and the roads to avoid to avoid fines. Throughout the entire trip (almost 150km there and back), the vehicle gave us no problems, even managing to navigate the rough country roads. Overall, I'm satisfied, but I can't give it 5 stars because, if I'd had a ferry to catch or a schedule to stick to, that delay would have ruined our entire vacation.
