The rental service is good. They're all app driven. No physical documentation required. Even the extra helmet is booked through the app. I'd have given a higher rating if not for their operational inefficiency. 1. I booked a motorbike that was shown as available on their app. But when I showed them the booking, they said that it was in an unusable condition because the tyre was punctured. So, they had to upgrade my booking to a different motorbike and I had to pay a little extra. About 37 rupees. It's not a big amount, I know. But you'd expect the upgraded motorbike is in good condition. 2. The new motorbike had a rear tyre low on pressure. When I checked, they said it's just low pressure and refilling should do the job. We went to a nearby petrol pump to realize even this was punctured. We fixed it ourselves with our own money hoping to claim that when we return the motorbike because we didn't have the time to call them and run interference for us. But when we mentioned this, they said I should have called support and they'd have helped me out. They might have. But that's bad customer service when I specifically asked if the tyres are okay. So, I didn't get the refund even if I contacted customer support post return because they said the puncture happened during the rental period. Apart from that, the motorbike was fine and the helmets were okay too. Just ensure to reject motorbikes even if you find relatively small problems with functionality because later on, they'll just say it happened during the rental.
