If you're looking to rent a scooter or Vespa in Rome, look no further than the rental shop. This was hands down one of the best experiences of our entire trip. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like family. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything, making sure we felt comfortable before heading out. The scooter was spotless, well-maintained, and ran perfectly throughout our rental. What really sets the rental shop apart is their customer service. They provided great local recommendations, mounted a phone holder for easy navigation, and genuinely cared that we had an amazing experience exploring Rome. Riding through the city on one of their scooters gave us the freedom to see so much more than we ever could on foot. Their prices were fair, the rental process was quick and easy, and there were no surprises. It's easy to see why they have so many outstanding reviews, they truly earn every one of them. If I ever return to Rome, the rental shop will be my first stop. Highly recommended!

Great experience with the service. It was simple, and both the Vespa and the helmets were clean and hygienic. Although I didn't keep it for 24 hours because I was leaving early the next morning, the process of returning the vehicle and receiving my deposit refund was straightforward and fast. The owners are also very friendly. Recommended for those who are looking for a self-ride Vespa during their trip!

Owners are so friendly and very helpful. We erroneously left the key inside the compartment of the vespa but they came to help right away. Their vespas are also lovely. Very new and easy to use. Will surely come back. Riding their vespa is the best we had experience in Rome. Grazieee!!
