Highly recommended - 5th time renting here! A great, down-to-earth team is extremely helpful. I have rented a scooter here 5 times since 2023, and the experience has always been flawless. The rental prices are very fair, and I really appreciate that you can get a topcase, helmet, and phone holder without any hassle. The optional comprehensive insurance (Vollkasko) for EUR 5/day is also a great peace of mind. Another huge plus is the Sunday return policy outside of regular opening hours - you can easily drop off the scooter and leave the keys at a neighboring tobacco shop/kiosk. Fortunately, we haven't had any accidents or unusual situations during our trips, so I cannot comment on how problem-solving works, but based on the smooth service so far, I have full confidence. Will definitely rent again!
