Everything was explained thoroughly and transparently, including different models, pricing, and deposit. Pricing is affordable and caters to individual needs. Everything was well prepared upon arrival, paperwork was ready, and I received a copy of the contract and my passport without asking. Helmet, phone holder, and motorbike were all in good condition with no issues. The staff even helped with the process of getting on my train to Laos. They accepted USD equivalent for the deposit when I didn't have enough local currency. Deposit was returned smoothly. I had an amazing experience with the rental shop. The owner is a true enthusiast and genuinely nice guy. I will absolutely be renting from them again. It's worth asking them what motorbikes they have available because they don't have a website. When the motorbike needed a service and a new tyre the owner was helpful and we got it sorted very quickly. He's quick to respond and I fully trust them. I had a great adventure with the crf300 rally. The motorbike was in good condition and didn't let me down at all.

A very friendly and accommodating landlord. The billing was accurate. This was our second stay, and we felt very comfortable. The motorcycle was in excellent condition. Any service call we made was handled immediately and paid for by the owner. I highly recommend them.
