The rental service is good. They're all app driven. No physical documentation required. Even the extra helmet is booked through the app. I'd have given a higher rating if not for their operational inefficiency. 1. The thing is, I booked a motorbike that was shown as available on their app. But when I showed them the booking, they said that it was in an unusable condition coz the tyre was punctured. So, they had to "upgrade" my booking to a different motorbike and I had to pay a little extra. About 37 rupees. It's not a big amount, I know. But you'd expect the upgraded motorbike is in good condition. 2. In comes the new motorbike. We check everything and I observe that the rear tyre is low on pressure. When I checked with him, he said it's just low pressure and refilling should do the job. We went to the nearby petrol pump to realise even this was punctured. We fixed it ourselves with our own money hoping to claim that when we return the motorbike coz we didn't have the time to call them and run interference for us. But when we did mention about this, they said that I should have called support and they'd have helped me out. They might have. But that's bad customer service when I specifically asked if the tyres are okay. So, I didn't get the refund even if I contacted customer support post return coz they said that the puncture happened during the rental period. Apart from that, the motorbike was fine and the helmets were okay too. Just ensure to reject motorbikes even if you find relatively small problem with functionality coz later on, they'll just say it happened during the rental.
