There were so many people at immigration, it took almost 1 hour. I had 2 hours 40 minutes to catch my domestic flight for QuyNhon. And the international and domestic terminals weren't even connected. I started walking and running until I spotted a Grab motorbike like it was my superhero! Next time more buffer.

Overall a decent airport with sufficient shops to eat or buy gifts. Restrooms are clean and seating area is ample. They have now started buses to city right from arrival hall which is good. Also, they have started to provide buggy for international terminal. They are still lacking international food brands. Duty free is expensive

I arrived at Noi Bai airport and didn't know how to get around or how to book a Grab motorbike. It seems like all the taxis have taken over this area.
