We rented a Honda 190 for 6 days and everything went really smoothly! 😊 We were lucky enough to get a very new motorbike, and it handled the trip perfectly, even with the two of us riding together. The owner is a really friendly and easy-going person, very communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything. One thing worth mentioning is that instead of leaving your passport, you can leave a deposit of USD 1,000 or EUR 1,000. It’s quite a lot, but we knew about it in advance, so we were prepared and really appreciated having the option not to leave our passports. We did have to wait around 20 minutes when returning the motorbike, but considering it was during the holiday period, we can definitely forgive that 😉 It’s hard to expect everything to run perfectly at such a busy time. Overall, we had a great experience and can honestly recommend the rental shop. We have to admit that ending up at the rental shop was actually a bit of a coincidence 😉 but after 6 days with the motorbike, we’re really happy it worked out that way! The owner is cheerful and kind. I rented an NVX155 scooter for a cross-country trip across Vietnam and completed the journey without any accidents or trouble. What I liked most was how quick the owner and staff were to respond compared with other locations. I'll use the rental shop again for my next trip. Great motorcycle condition and friendly staff😀😀

Excellent quality motorbikes and a fantastic level of service from the staff! Have been coming to the rental shop for over a year now for my motorbike needs (including for a drive to Ho Chi Minh last year) and would definitely do so again. Bikes are well-serviced, very reliable, and very reasonably priced for the quality you get - would definitely recommend coming here if you value a machine that you can trust during your stay in Hanoi or for your drives further afield.

My girlfriend and I rented a motorbike here, and honestly, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and hilarious! We actually got back last week, but we were so exhausted that we're only leaving this review now 😅 Next time we travel, we'll definitely come back to rent from the rental shop again - especially our favorite motorbike, the PG1 =)))) Wishing the rental shop even more success in the future!

Just had a wonderful trip to Ha Giang with 2 CB500xs from the rental shop. The staffs were very helpful and enthusiastic. I would definitely plan another trip with them again.
