Unfortunately, the communication between Riderly and Scootery Melbourne is not working. As a result, the Yamaha NMAX 155 scooter I had booked was not available, and instead I received a significantly more “basic” Suzuki Address 110.
The staff member was very helpful, explained everything in detail, and I also received a nominal refund, but overall it was very uncomfortable to travel more than 500 km on such a low-powered, small scooter with two people.
This is definitely something that should be addressed in the communication between the two companies to prevent similar situations in the future.
